The International Sustainable Finance Centre of Excellence utilises the data gathered from this form to fulfil reporting requirements to Skillnet Ireland*, including compliance reviews, quality assurance, and attendance verification. The information is also used for programme administration, tracking participant progress and allows for the assessment of training effectiveness and outcomes. All personal and employer data provided in the form is treated as confidential, securely stored, and used solely for its intended purpose. Once no longer needed, the data is deleted or destroyed in accordance with our data retention policy.

This Attendee Form will be shared with Skillnet Ireland and is used by them to collect information relating to participants on Skillnet-Ireland funded events partially or fully-funded by Skillnet Ireland from the National Training Fund through the Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science (DFHERIS). Skillnet Ireland is mandated by the DFHERIS to monitor and evaluate training programmes and to ensure that funds are being used appropriately.

  1. Delivering Skillnet Ireland events via the Learning Network.

 

  1. Monitoring the programmes of the Learning Network. Skillnet Ireland is required by the DFHERIS to perform compliance reviews, evaluations of programmes, quality assurance and to verify attendance at training. You may be contacted either by telephone or email for these purposes.

 

  1. For the purposes of providing aggregated statistical information to the DFHERIS to help inform national policy in relation to skills.

 

You may be contacted by third parties, contracted by Skillnet Ireland to perform monitoring and evaluation activities for these specific purposes only
